Welcome to Fast Wheel Rental.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the vehicle rental services provided by Fast Wheel Rental.

By accessing our website, submitting a booking request, making a reservation, or renting a vehicle from us, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms contained in your rental agreement.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed rental agreement, the rental agreement will apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, the primary driver and any additional authorized driver must meet our eligibility requirements.

Drivers may be required to:

  • Meet the minimum age requirement applicable to the selected vehicle.

  • Hold a valid driving licence accepted in the United Arab Emirates.

  • Provide a valid Emirates ID, passport, visa, or other identification where applicable.

  • Provide an International Driving Permit where required.

  • Meet any additional requirements applicable to specific vehicle categories.

  • Provide valid contact and payment information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a rental where the required documents are invalid, expired, incomplete, inconsistent, or otherwise unacceptable.

2. Driving Licence Requirements

UAE residents must provide a valid UAE driving licence.

Visitors and tourists must provide a valid driving licence that is legally accepted for driving in the UAE. Depending on the issuing country and applicable UAE requirements, an International Driving Permit may also be required.

It is the renter's responsibility to ensure they are legally permitted to drive in the UAE.

3. Booking and Reservation

A booking submitted through our website, WhatsApp, telephone, email, or another communication channel may be considered a booking request until confirmed by us.

A reservation is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from [Company Name] and any required payment or deposit has been completed.

We may request additional documents or information before confirming a reservation.

4. Vehicle Availability

All vehicles displayed on our website are subject to availability.

Although we make reasonable efforts to provide the exact vehicle reserved, availability may change due to circumstances such as an extension by a previous renter, accident, breakdown, maintenance, or other operational circumstances.

If the selected vehicle becomes unavailable, we may offer a comparable or alternative vehicle.

Any price difference relating to an alternative vehicle will be communicated where applicable.

5. Rental Rates

Rental prices may be offered on a:

  • Daily basis

  • Weekly basis

  • Monthly basis

  • Special or promotional basis

The applicable price will be confirmed before the rental begins.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices may exclude additional charges such as:

Prices displayed on our website will indicate whether VAT is included or excluded where required.

7. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required before the vehicle is released.

The amount depends on the vehicle category, rental period, payment method, and other applicable conditions.

The deposit may be used or retained, where permitted, toward unpaid amounts associated with the rental, including:

  • Vehicle damage

8. Payment

We accept payment methods communicated during the booking process.

The renter is responsible for ensuring that all payments are made when due.

Where permitted, outstanding charges arising after the rental may be deducted from the security deposit or charged using an authorized payment method in accordance with the rental agreement and applicable law.

9. Vehicle Delivery and Collection

Vehicle delivery and collection may be available in selected areas.

Additional charges may apply depending on:

  • Location

  • Distance

  • Time

  • Vehicle type

  • Rental duration

The renter must provide accurate delivery and collection information and be available at the agreed time.

Delays caused by incorrect information or renter unavailability may result in additional charges where stated in the booking or rental agreement.

10. Vehicle Inspection

The condition of the vehicle should be inspected and documented when it is handed over.

The renter should immediately notify us of any existing damage that is not recorded on the vehicle inspection report.

Photos or videos may be taken at handover and return to document the vehicle's condition.

The renter may be responsible for new damage occurring during the rental period, subject to the rental agreement, insurance coverage, applicable excess, and applicable law.

11. Authorized Drivers

Only drivers identified and authorized under the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.

Allowing an unauthorized or legally ineligible person to drive the vehicle may result in additional liability and may affect insurance coverage.

Additional drivers may be subject to additional fees and documentation requirements.

12. Permitted Use

The vehicle must be used responsibly and in accordance with UAE laws.

The vehicle must not be:

  • Used for racing, drifting, speed testing, or motorsport.

  • Used for illegal activities.

  • Driven by an unauthorized driver.

  • Driven while the driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs driving.

  • Used to tow or push another vehicle unless expressly authorized.

  • Used for commercial transportation unless expressly authorized.

  • Used off-road unless the vehicle and rental agreement specifically permit it.

  • Deliberately overloaded.

  • Used in a reckless or abusive manner.

  • Taken outside permitted geographical areas without prior written approval.

Violation of these restrictions may affect insurance coverage and may make the renter responsible for resulting costs or losses, subject to applicable law.

13. Geographical Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized by us in writing, rental vehicles must remain within the United Arab Emirates.

Taking the vehicle outside the UAE without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Additional documentation, insurance, permissions, and charges may apply where cross-border travel is permitted.

14. Mileage Allowance

Rentals may include a specified mileage allowance.

For example:

Daily: 150 km
Weekly: 700 km
Monthly: 2500 km

Additional mileage will be charged at the rate specified in your booking or rental agreement.

Mileage allowances and excess mileage rates may differ depending on the vehicle.

15. Fuel Policy

The vehicle should normally be returned with the agreed fuel level stated at handover.

If it is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge may apply according to the rental agreement.

No refund is normally provided for excess fuel unless expressly agreed otherwise.

16. Salik and Other Tolls

The renter is responsible for Salik and other road tolls incurred during the rental period.

Applicable toll charges and any disclosed administrative/service fees may be charged to the renter in accordance with the rental agreement.

Toll information may be received after the vehicle has been returned.

17. Traffic and Parking Fines

The renter is responsible for traffic violations, parking fines, impoundment charges, and other penalties arising from use of the vehicle during the rental period to the extent permitted by law.

This may include violations received or identified after the vehicle has been returned.

Where applicable, an administrative fee may be charged for processing fines if this fee is disclosed in the rental agreement.

We may provide renter or driver information to relevant authorities where legally required.

18. Insurance

Vehicles are provided with the insurance coverage specified in the rental agreement and required under applicable law.

Coverage may be subject to:

  • Policy terms and exclusions

  • Insurance excess/deductible

  3. Notify [Company Name] as soon as reasonably possible.

  4. Follow our instructions regarding the vehicle.

  5. Obtain any required police or accident report.

  6. Not arrange unauthorized repairs.

Failure to obtain required documentation may affect insurance coverage and the renter's liability.

20. Vehicle Damage

The renter may be responsible for damage occurring during the rental period according to the rental agreement and applicable insurance coverage.

This may include damage to:

  • Bodywork

  • Wheels and tyres

  • Windows and mirrors

  • Interior

  • Keys

  • Accessories

  • Other vehicle components

Liability will depend on the circumstances, applicable insurance, excess, exclusions, police documentation, and applicable law.

Normal wear and tear will not be treated as renter-caused damage.

21. Breakdown and Mechanical Problems

If the vehicle experiences a mechanical problem, the renter should stop the vehicle where appropriate and contact us immediately.

The renter should not arrange repairs or replacement parts without our authorization except where necessary in an emergency and permitted under the rental agreement.

Where a breakdown is not caused by renter misuse, we will take reasonable steps to provide assistance or an alternative vehicle where appropriate and available.

22. Tyres

Tyre damage resulting from misuse, impact, punctures, or improper driving may not be covered by standard insurance.

Responsibility will be determined according to the circumstances, rental agreement, and applicable insurance coverage.

23. Vehicle Keys

The renter is responsible for keeping the vehicle keys secure.

Lost, damaged, or stolen keys must be reported immediately.

The renter may be responsible for reasonable replacement, programming, recovery, or related costs where applicable.

24. Smoking

Smoking may be prohibited inside our rental vehicles.

Where a vehicle is returned with evidence of smoking, a reasonable cleaning or deodorizing charge may apply if this policy and applicable charge were disclosed to the renter.

25. Cleaning

Vehicles should be returned in a reasonably clean condition.

Normal cleaning associated with ordinary vehicle use is generally expected.

Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive dirt, stains, spills, smoke, odors, pet-related contamination, or other conditions requiring specialist cleaning, where permitted and disclosed.

26. Rental Extensions

If you wish to extend your rental, you must contact us before the scheduled return time.

Extensions are subject to:

  • Vehicle availability

  • Additional rental charges

  • Payment approval

  • Updated rental documentation where required

Keeping the vehicle beyond the agreed period without authorization may result in additional charges and other action permitted under the rental agreement and applicable law.

27. Late Return

The vehicle must be returned at the date and time stated in the rental agreement.

A grace period of 60 minutes may apply if expressly stated.

Returns after the permitted period may result in hourly, daily, or other late charges as specified in the rental agreement.

28. Early Return

Returning a vehicle earlier than the agreed return date does not automatically entitle the renter to a refund for unused rental days.

Any refund or adjustment will be determined according to the applicable booking/rental terms.

29. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may vary according to the vehicle, rental period, promotion, and booking type.

Unless different terms are provided during booking:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled rental may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.

  • No-shows may be non-refundable.

Any specific cancellation conditions shown during booking will form part of the booking terms.

30. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned using the original payment method where possible.

Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.

Refunds may be reduced by legitimate amounts payable under the booking or rental agreement.

31. No-Show

A customer may be considered a no-show if they:

  • Do not arrive at the agreed time within the permitted period.

  • Fail to provide the required documentation.

  • Cannot satisfy the rental eligibility requirements.

  • Do not contact us regarding a delay.

The applicable cancellation/no-show policy will determine whether any payment is refundable.

32. Vehicle Substitution

We may substitute a booked vehicle where the original vehicle becomes unavailable.

Where possible, we will provide a vehicle of a similar category.

If an appropriate substitute cannot be provided, available options may include rescheduling, choosing another vehicle, or receiving an applicable refund.

33. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Any items found will be handled according to our lost-property procedures.

34. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep vehicle descriptions, specifications, availability, photographs, and prices accurate.

However, photographs may be illustrative, and specifications may vary between individual vehicles within the same model or category.

Website errors may be corrected when identified.

Where an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we will contact you before fulfilling the affected booking where appropriate.

We may modify, suspend, or maintain portions of the website when reasonably necessary.
